HYROX Timer
Free HYROX® timer: 8 × 1 km runs and 8 stations set up. Time several athletes at once and track the splits per station.
Participants
Fill in the line-up as you prepared it. Pick Solo, Duo or Relay per athlete; for Duo and Relay add the partner or team members: one team on one clock.
Add the runners, one per row. Laps and times are kept on the board.
Pacing
Spread over every run and station of this course, by the usual time per station. Change a segment below to set it yourself.
Your own target per segment (m:ss). Redistribute spreads the finish time again.
Race your last simulation: its splits become your targets. Same name, same number of segments.

The course for the splits, in order. Click an exercise to change the name, distance or reps, drag to reorder and save. Turn on Track stations for splits; switch them off per athlete with the small toggle on the card.
Every lap starts on the bell. Runners finish the lap (6.706 km) before the next bell; whoever is not back is out. The last one standing wins. Tap Back on the board when a runner comes in.

How to add it
- Turn on Remote access: the overlay follows that session. Copy the overlay URL below.
- Download Prism Live Studio (free, iPhone and Android). Open it and pick Stream mode.
- Tap + and choose URL (web source). Paste the overlay URL and put it above your camera; everything around the bar stays transparent.
- Put your phone on a tripod facing the finish and start the stream to YouTube, Instagram or TikTok.
- Turn on Remote access and copy the overlay URL below.
- OBS: Sources, +, Browser. Paste the URL, width 1920, height 1080.
- Put the source above your camera. Everything around the bar stays transparent.
